"The Barrel" continues the fine Australian tradition of big iconic landmarks such as the "Big Banana" and the "Big Marino" and represents the wooden barrels that were made by coopers for the brewers to store their drinks in days gone by. Few people will be able to go past a quick visit to experience "The Barrel" and the interactive tour that takes place within.
Hours: Mon - Sat 0900am until 1630pm, Sundays 1000am until 1500pm. Open all public holidays except Christmas, Good Friday and Anzac Day. Please note that tours cease hour prior to close.

Bundaberg brewed Drinks makes a range of beverages and visitors to "The Barrel" are often surprised at the number of deliciously different flavours. Visitors may also browse the selection of interesting and unusual gifts and irs in "The Barrel's" giftshop or purchase six of the best from "The Barrel's" six pack dispenser. Car enthusiasts will enjoy "Old Cliffy", a fully restored 1929 Chevrolet Truck, housed in a garage outside the Barrel. The Barrel offers an entertaining experience for all age groups. You'll find them on Bargara Road, just out of town - look for the Giant Barrel - you can't miss it!
