A Winterfeast for the Senses

One evening, two venues, experiences to delight the senses.

Start the evening soaking up the sounds of Bundaberg Sinfonietta in BRAG’s Gallery One, immerse yourself in Hobie Porter’s sublime landscape exhibition, feast on fabulous offerings from Food For Fork, then take a lantern-lit promenade to the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre to be awed by some of Bundaberg’s finest vocal talent in She’s the Voice – A Salute to Australian Music.

First Course

Fine food is at the heart of Chef Dion Taylor’s craft, blending a love of fresh and local ingredients into true taste sensations. Dion will design foods to fuse with and compliment a stunning performance by members of Bundaberg Sinfonietta, a chamber orchestra led by conductor Barry Davis.

A Vocal Nightcap

Following these tastes of fine landscapes and chamber music, collect your individual dessert platter and follow the music to the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre where you will be immersed in another creative fusion. She’s the Voice – A Salute to Australian Music, is brought to you by Bundaberg songstresses Suellen Cusack-Greensill, Mel Lathouras, Natalie Sweetapple and Jess Modolo. Together, they will serve up an eclectic feast of music from, and inspired by, our shores. Hear some of the greats like you’ve never heard them before and discover some of the country’s hidden treasures.

Fine art, fine food and fine music come together to give you a sensory experience you won’t forget. Moncrieff Entertainment Centre and Bundaberg Regional Galleries are proudly owned and operated by Bundaberg Regional Council.
