In this workshop, Sheena Cameron and Louise Dempsey will support teachers to include more quality ‘learning talk’ in classrooms and embed purposeful oral language opportunities across the curriculum.


Topics include: Speaking and listening skills; Planning for talk: establishing routines for student talk; Vocabulary learning, research and ideas; Practical ideas that promote student talk, including drama, and speaking and listening activities.
