Wide Bay Burnett Workforce Conference 2018

This conference is inspired by the drive for intentional planning within the disability services workforce but contains relevant learnings for multiple sectors including clinical, community services, and commercial employers. Using care and support workforces as examples, the day will highlight the emerging models and opportunities to improve Workforce Performance, Retention and Recruitment.
