Current Vacancies - Holiday Experience Specialists

Bundaberg Tourism is currently seeking both casual and permanent part-time Holiday Experience Specialists which will see you become an important and vibrant member of Team BT.  Our Holiday Experience Specialists will shine with our #happytohelp service philosophy.

Why are you the right person for the position?
• You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the tourism industry and minimum 5 years’ experience in the customer service/retail industry.
• You have exceptional customer service skills and understand the importance of offering a complete guest experience through the use of the #happytohelp philosophy;
• You have an understanding of the importance of managing and maintaining positive and effective relationships with members and stakeholders;
• You will possess intimate knowledge of the Bundaberg & North Burnett region and its tourism assets;
• You have experience in cash and merchant handling as well as end of day/week financial reconciliations as well as point of sale experience;
• You will possess excellent time management skills, have the ability to work as part of a strong but small team and towards the collaborative goal of excelling in the visitor services and tourism fields;
• You will be progressive, collaborative and passionate about the tourism opportunities for the Bundaberg and Southern Great Barrier Reef destination;
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
