Payment is due in full at time of booking. No seats will be reserved without full payment.
If we have to cancel
Your booking entitles you to an experience on the time and day booked. If we have to cancel the tour due to bad weather or other concerns, we will do our best to find an alternative time or day that suits you. If this is not possible, we will refund your money.
If you want to change dates
We can change your tour date, subject to availability, up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.
