Cancellations Amendments and Pre Payment Policy :
FREE cancellation 48 hours prior to your arrival date. After that the full amount is taken and becomes NON REFUNDABLE for the full stay. Eg. If you arrive on Friday you must make ANY changes or CANCEL in writing by midnight Tuesday.
Prepayment - 48 hours prior to your arrival date the full amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card given at time of booking this is non refundable.
Non Refundable – If you have booked a non-refundable booking full payment will be taken at time of booking. This payment is non-refundable.
Group Cancellations and Amendments - Bookings of 5 rooms or more require changes to be made by 12pm 7 days prior to your reservation date a group booking will also require a 50% non refundable deposit 7 days prior to arrival this will be taken off your nominated card at the time of booking or a direct deposit can be arranged. If a cancellation or amendment is not made within the 7 days the full fee per room will be charged to your credit card given at time of booking or off the direct deposit.
Bond - Debit cards will be preauthorized with a $200 security bond on arrival. You may use a valid credit card or a debit card that will be pre authorized This gets cancelled on your check out day should there be no incidentals during your stay. This may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
ARRIVING LATE? Please arrange this during office hours If managers need to attend after hours call out a $100.00 fee will be charged to you.
PETS.........
If you are bringing pets with you you MUST let us know before arriving at the property. This will incur a $25.00 per night per pet fee payable direct on check in. Failure to notify may result in a pet friendly room not being available and a higher fee applicable.
