The Bundaberg Rum Distillery Store is the perfect place to purchase a Bundaberg Rum memento or gift. The store features the entire range of Bundaberg Rum, including 8 rum products which are exclusive to the distillery, as well as official merchandise, personalised products and a range of jams, sauces and fudge.
Visitors who do not complete a tour at the Bundaberg Rum Visitor Experience are always welcome to visit the distillery store; it’s the biggest Bundaberg Rum store in the world!

Tours Museum Experience - Located within a retired Bondstore that has previously aged some of Bundaberg's finest rums, the self-paced interactive Bundaberg Rum Museum Experience will allow you to see, touch and smell your way through the rich history of Bundaberg Rum.
Distillery Experience - After exploring the Bundaberg Rum Museum Experience and immersing yourself in the rich history of Bundaberg Rum, join one of the expert distillery guides on a guided journey deep into the heart of our fully operational Bundaberg Rum Distillery.
Blend Your Own Rum Experience - For the rum connoisseurs out there, go behind the scenes and into the barrel-house to blend your own rum. Learn the art of blending with the master blenders themselves, developing your own iconic rum. Experiment with different rum profiles straight from the barrel until you have your unique blend perfected and go home with two bottles of your signature blends, where the Bundaberg Rum team will keep your recipe on hand for when you need a refill.

Bundaberg Rum is good to go! The team from Bundaberg Rum are taking every precaution to ensure visitors have a safe and enjoyable experience.
To comply with COVD-Safe practices, Bundaberg Rum have;
- Limited capacity to ensure comfortable physical distancing
- Employed stringent protocols around hygiene, with hand sanitisation points available throughout the experience, and;
- Have established additional signage to guide your visit on top of having their staff available to help.What to Expect: Prior to your arrival
Plan and ensure you know what to expect prior to your arrival. At Bundaberg Rum, they have provided some key points below to help you know what to expect.
- Please book online or over the phone (07 4131 2999) in advance and arrive 30-45 minutes ahead of your scheduled tour departure time. This will allow time for you to visit the Distillery Museum and for the team to complete required documentation. Please ensure when booking online you include all members of your party in your booking, including infants.
- If you, or anyone you have been in contact with, have been feeling unwell recently, please reschedule your visit for a later time.
- When you arrive on-site, you will be asked to complete a self-declaration form prior to entering our facility. If you would like to review this form prior to your visit, please click here.
- Please consider if a visit to the Bundaberg Rum Distillery is right for you at this point in time. It is recommended that vulnerable or ‘at-risk’ guests do not attend the premises until QLD Health advises it is safe to do so. For vulnerable customers who are comfortable attending the premises, we advise that you take your own additional safety precautions. Bundaberg Rum cannot guarantee the safety of vulnerable or ‘at-risk’ guests.What to Expect: During your visit
During your visit, the team from Bundaberg Rum ask that you:
- Follow the instructions and guidance of staff, who will be happy to answer any of your questions.
- Adhere to the physical distancing guidelines which will be signposted and detailed in signage.
- Keep your hands clean and if you need to cough or sneeze please cover your mouth/nose.
- Please use contactless payment wherever possible, although cash will be accepted where necessary.
- Lastly, but importantly, please enjoy your visit!
