Don't forget to treat yourself to some sweets afterwards. We recommend the ginger panna cotta that simply melts in your mouth.

Witness a Miracle

Each year people from across the globe come to Bundaberg to witness a miracle on a Mon Repos Turtle Encounter. From November to January watch as mother turtles haul themselves onto shore to nest their clutches of eggs, and then from late-January to late-March return to witness baby hatchlings erupt from their sandy nests before making the dash towards sea on the only ranger-guided encounter on the East Coast. This is a unique experience unlike any other and will leave you with memories to last a lifetime.

Boutique Breakfast

Begin your summer mornings sipping local aromatic chai before diving into a dragon fruit acai bowl overflowing with fresh juicy watermelon, strawberries, mango, banana and pineapple at the Windmill Cafe Bargara. Relax in the garden surrounds enjoying a wholesome breakfast while listen to the waves lapping the shore in the background.
