A Collaboration of Flavours

Here in the Bundaberg Region, we grow flavours from A to Z!

Two of the most intense flavours you'll find while touring our delicious region is the hard-hitting chilli and zesty lime and we've been celebrating the combination of these local favourites for years now thanks to the Chilli & Lime Fiesta @ Riverfeast, beginning in 2017.

Austchilli is a family run business producing in the Bundaberg region for over 20 years. Founded in 1995, Austchilli is now the largest chilli company in Australia employing over 130 local staff. This fast moving, innovative and exciting company is always looking to create the next food and beverage trend, including their previous Usain's Insane Hot Sauce and Muchas Gazpacho drink!

Bundy Limes is a dot on the map of lime growers with it's small, boutique orchard of Tahitian limes. This family-owned business is only 6 years old and owner Linda Vickers attributes her growing knowledge to the local farmers and patient people she has come to meet along the way. At Bundy Limes nothing is off a factory line and everything is picked, packed and delivered by hand to their customers in 24 hours. With dreams of national and international lime market domination, keep your eyes peeled for another internationally renowned Bundaberg grown product.

Driven by the oldest story in the book of economy, supply and demand, a meeting between Bundy Limes and Austchilli at a Bundaberg Fruit and Vegetable Growers meeting led to a business opportunity for both companies. Bundy Limes now provides limes for Austchilli for use in many of their vegetable, herb and chilli puree products, showcasing two of Bundaberg's best products to the world.
