Come witness a miracle at the ranger-guided Mon Repos Turtle Encounter. From November - January watch as mother turtles hauls themselves onto the Mon Repos beach to nest then return in late January - March to experience the magic as hundreds of baby turtles erupt from the sand and journey to the sea.

Take a day trip to Lady Musgrave Island on the Southern Great Barrier Reef with Lady Musgrave Experience and spend time snorkelling with the turtles, manta rays, vibrant fish and colourful coral. Take a guided island and glass-bottom boat tour with a marine biologist, learning about this amazing ecosystem.

Come learn the stories and secrets behind these world-famous drinks in the town they were born. Immerse yourself in the world of Bundaberg Rum on a Bundaberg Rum Distillery Visitor Experience. Explore behind the scenes of the working distillery with a Bundaberg Rum legend and discover how Australia's favourite spirit is made. Cancellation Policy

Mon Repos Turtle Encounter

Please note that Bundaberg North Burnett Tourism reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if you cancel for the evening you have booked. The booking fee of $3 paid by the customer is NON REFUNDABLE and is retained by the Booking Agent.

Please note if there is no turtle activity and you are not taken to the beach on the night that you have booked or if you decide to leave prior to your group going onto the beach there will be no refund offered. All monies will be forfeited if you do not turn up on the night you are booked or you cancel your booking less than 24 hrs prior to the tour. Any amendments (change of tour date) to your booking must be made by 11:00 am on the day of the tour. In the event of storms when tours are cancelled for visitor safety you will be offered to rebook for another night if there is availability or receive a refund minus the $3 Booking Fee.

Lady Musgrave Experience

All tours are subject to weather and minimum numbers and may be changed without notice due to conditions on the day and will incur no liability for any such cancellation or alteration. Lady Musgrave Experience reserves the right to substitute vessels if necessary.

Customer Choosing to Cancel for any reason – 20% cancellation fee if cancelled from date of booking to 60 hours prior to tour date.

Cancellation 48-60 hours prior to tour date 50% cancellation fee will apply.

Less than 48 hours or failure to board 100% of the fare is withheld.

Other conditions may apply to Group booking cancellations.

Should a tour be cancelled by Lady Musgrave Experience passengers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund **

We do recommend you look into taking out travel insurance as they may assist in covering your accommodation cost if tours are cancelled.

Lady Musgrave Experience holds no responsibility for loss or damage to goods.

** Refunds will be processed same day as request & depending on your bank can take between 3-10 business days for the refund to be received into your account. Lady Musgrave Experience will send through the confirmation of refund at the time of processing.
