Visit the farms that surround the Hummock growing a range of vegetables, fruit, nuts and sugar cane. This behind the scenes tour is extremely informative with visits to several different farms and a picnic along the way prepared by Water St Kitchen, who pride themselves in using produce direct from the farmers. Sample fresh produce, collect culinary tips from your host Suzie Clarke, and find out about the local food hotspots. Suzie has 30 years' experience in food, both cooking and teaching cookery. Her passion for fresh produce has created opportunities for food producers to engage with consumers, both locals and visitors.
