Just 25 minutes from Bundaberg, Bucca Crossing is a local favourite for a refreshing dip, riverside picnic or lazy day on the water. Paddle the Kolan River by canoe, float downstream in an inflatable ring, or simply relax on the riverbank while the kids splash nearby.
The river can flow quite quickly, so it’s best to stick to the upstream section and supervise children at all times.

A country pub since 1897, it’s known for hearty feeds, cold drinks and legendary Sunday sessions featuring local and travelling musicians. Grab a spot in the beer garden beneath the mango tree and settle in for a classic Aussie afternoon.
