Visitor Services
From first hello to lasting impression
Visitor experience is where our brand comes to life. Across Bundaberg, Childers and Gin Gin, we connect visitors with the best of our region, shaping decisions, inspiring longer stays, and turning great trips into unforgettable ones, all while championing sustainability, reef stewardship, and our Taste Bundaberg story.
Visitor Services across the
region
Our Visitor Information Centres in Bundaberg and Childers are front-line storytellers and trusted guides. They help visitors plan, book, and discover more, while influencing where they go, what they do, and how long they stay.
But it doesn’t stop at the counter. Our visitor services stretch across the region, from booking support and curated destination collateral to industry education, famils, and tools that help local operators shine. It’s a connected ecosystem designed to deliver better experiences, stronger businesses, and a region visitors can’t stop talking about.
