Growing Gold

A fixture in the Bundaberg culinary community, never far from a degustation, always eager to share his expertise and passionately waving the 'eat local' flag, Anthony Rehbein, recognisable as the face of Winterfeast 2018, runs One Little Farm and BundaGinga with his with wife Kate in the coastal regions of Bundaberg.

Fourth generation farmers, the family created One Little Farm to bring their farm to locals. Whether it's beautiful flowers for your table, fruit for your next delicious dessert, or vegetables and micro herbs for family dinner on a Sunday night, One Little Farm is a one stop shop.

Their amazing family-grown produce from One Little Farm is stocked by all the best of Bundaberg's stores and cafes. The Rehbein's hand harvest, hand pack and hand deliver ginger, turmeric, eggplant, tomatoes, cucumbers, melons and micro herbs to the café and market doors daily ensuring optimum freshness, premium quality and the charming touch that can only be given by a Bundaberg farmer.

Once supplying to national chains, the Rehbein's have revolutionised their business to focus on literal paddock-to-plate farming, growing in greenhouses and under shade cloth to give their produce the best controlled growing conditions. This complete change in philosophy has been a runaway success, with Bunda Ginga's ground ginger and turmeric, made within 48 hours of being harvested, nominated for delicious' Produce Awards for three years running, and their pickled and crystallised ginger developing a cult following in Bundaberg. The farm has even garnered national attention thanks to their hanging watermelon forest.

Where can I eat/try/buy Anthony's Produce?
