Visitor Services & Information
SAY G'DAY TO OUR INFO CENTRE PEEPS
Our many Visitor Information Centres across Bundaberg and the North Burnett are the place for a proper yarn and top tips.
Inside you’ll find a local who knows the shortcuts, the secret swimming holes, the bakery that sells out before smoko, and where to park without getting pinged. No robots, no scripts, just good old-fashioned, local know-how.
Our unofficial motto? Happy to help.
Whether you’re here for reef, rum or a ripper road trip, we’ll point you in the right direction and probably throw in a cheeky hidden gem while we’re at it.
Volunteer
ambassadors
Now for the real MVPs, our volunteer ambassadors.
These legends are the heartbeat of our Bundaberg and Childers centres. They’re up early, full of beans and armed with maps, highlighters and top-tier local gossip (the good kind).
They don’t just hand you a brochure, they’ll circle the must-dos, steer you away from the duds and send you off feeling like a local already.
Meet our
Ambassadors
Come meet the friendly faces who know this region like the back of their sun-kissed hands.
Fair warning: you might walk in for directions and walk out with a full game plan, plenty of food recommendations and a new favourite lookout.
