Notice of Annual General Meeting
Join us for the Annual General Meeting of Bundaberg Region Ltd, an overview of the 2018/19 year that was, and lunch in the Botanic Gardens.

When: Thursday 19th September from 11.45am for a 12pm start
Where: Fairymead House, Thornhill St, Bundaberg

The Board is governed by an elected group of Directors, providing strategic direction for the organisation and support to the General Manager. The Board comprises of up to 10 Directors, with general meetings scheduled monthly. In accordance with the two year terms for Directors as set out by our constitution, there will be 2 Director positions available for nomination. If you’re considering nominating for a Director’s position on the Board of Bundaberg Region Ltd, please take a moment to review these important details:

• You can find the nomination form online here to download.
• Nomination forms must be received by the 12 September 2019, via Sheryl Thompson on email or delivered to the corporate office of Bundaberg Tourism, Spring Hill House at 36 Avenue St, East Bundaberg.

A compiled list of all eligible nominees for Board positions will be emailed to members for review by 13 September 2019.
