As a valued member of Bundaberg Tourism, we invite you to participate in the upcoming
55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bundaberg Region Ltd.

When: Thursday, 15 October 2026 | 7:30am – 9:00am
Where: Burnett Riverside Hotel, 7 Quay Street, Bundaberg

Tea, coffee and light refreshments will be available from 7:30am, with the AGM commencing at 8:00am sharp.

During the AGM, members will receive the 2025/26 Annual Report and audited financial statements, along with an update on the activities and achievements of Bundaberg Tourism over the past year.

DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

In accordance with the two year terms for Directors as set out by our constitution, there will be 4 (four) Director positions voted on at this year’s AGM.

If you wish to nominate an industry representative for election, please complete the Nomination Form and return it to Bundaberg Tourism by Thursday, 8 October 2026.

VOTING

To be eligible to vote, you need to be a 2026/27 financial member. Please jump online here to renew, or contact Kylie Minett here if you need more information about your membership.

If you are unable to attend the AGM and would like to appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf, please the Proxy Form, and return to Bundaberg Tourism no later than noon on the day preceeding the AGM.

CONSTITUTION REVIEW

As part of Bundaberg Tourism’s ongoing commitment to strong governance and continuous improvement, the Board has undertaken a comprehensive review of the organisation’s Constitution.

Information relating to the review can be found here.

Under the Corporations Act, the Constitution can only be adopted by members through a Special Resolution at the Annual General Meeting.
